Policy

All clients getting waxing or skincare services must fill out a confidential health intake form.
Services are by appointment only. If you need to pick up product or get a gift certificate, please contact me to set up a time to do so. Gift certificates and product can also be shipped to you directly.

Cancellation policy: 24 Hours notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee and services totaling $50 and over will be charged for half the cost of the service scheduled. No Call/No Show appointments are charged the full amount of the service scheduled. Cancellations not made within one week of a scheduled chemical peel will incur a fee, due to the nature of the treatment. The only exception to this policy will be inclement weather. These appointment times have been specifically reserved for you and others have been turned down for that time slot because you have reserved it. I prefer to complete your service instead and hope that you will make every effort to treat your appointment as a priority. Additionally, if you cancel/reschedule 3 appointments within a 6 month period, you will not be able to hold advanced appointments and will need to check for availability the day or week you wish to have the service. Deposits may be taken for first time clients.

Referrals entitle you to a $5 off your next service, once they have completed theirs.
